Processing time:
– We ship worldwide via POST EXPORT and every shipment has a tracking information.
– The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. The processing time can last up to two weeks and the shipping/export time depends on the Post Offices as well as the Customs. We thank you for your patience.
– Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
IMPORTANT: Please contact your local Post Office to learn about the procedures in your country in the case of the delivery of damaged packages in transport. We strongly advise you do not accept the damaged package and demand it be logged as damaged by a courier on the spot or in the Post Office if you are picking up the package there. Only if the package is logged as damaged by a courier on the spot or in your Post Office and if you refuse to accept the delivery of the damaged package, we are able to assist you in getting a refund from the Post Office and reprinting/re-sending the new print back to you as soon as possible.
